We can now provide a service to review and report on material certificates for AS/NZS steel, in particular AS/NZS 3678 plate, AS/NZS 3679.1 rolled sections and AS/NZS 1163 hollow sections.

A sample report of the type we expect to produce is attached.   All required chemical elements and mechanical tests are reviewed for conformance.   Data is extracted from the material test certificates and our software evaluates compliance via our database of property limits for each standard, grade and thickness.

The report indicates the pass/fail condition for each heat reviewed and lists both elements tested and reasons for a fail result as per sample report below.
